A
Alerts: Notifications provided by Sellify for important updates or actions needed, such as price changes or stock alerts.
Apparel Surcharge: A $0.50 charge if your item is an article of clothing. Only applies to Standard Items that are sold via WFS.
ASIN: Amazon Standard Identification Number, a unique identifier for products sold on Amazon. Similar to Walmart's Item ID.
B
BB: Stands for Buybox.
Big & Bulky Fee: Charges for items considered big and bulky, based on weight and dimensions.
Big & Bulky Item: An item is considered big and bulky if it meets at least one of these criteria: unit weight is greater than 150 lbs and up to 500 lbs, the longest package side is greater than 108 inches and up to 120 inches, or the longest side plus girth is greater than 165 inches.
Brand: The name of the manufacturer or company producing the product. Sellify allows you to explore more products under the same brand.
Breakeven: The point at which profit equals zero, considering all fees and the cost of goods sold (COGS). It indicates when total revenue matches total expenses.
Buybox: The section on a product detail page where customers can begin the purchasing process by adding items to their cart. Winning the Buybox is crucial for sales.
Buybox Stats: Information on how many units the Buybox seller has and whether the Buybox is suppressed.
Buybox Suppression: A situation where the Buybox is not displayed on a product's detail page due to issues such as pricing, stock availability, or other policy violations. This means no seller is currently winning the Buybox, which can negatively impact sales visibility and conversions. Sellify helps sellers identify and address factors leading to Buybox suppression to maintain competitive positioning.

Chrome Extension: A browser extension for Google Chrome that enhances the functionality of the browser. Sellify's Chrome extension integrates with Walmart and thousands of retailer sites, providing tools for product analysis, fee tracking, and more.
Click-to-Copy: A feature that allows users to quickly copy specific information, such as product details or codes, by simply clicking on the designated area. This functionality is designed to streamline the process of transferring data, making it more efficient and user-friendly.
Cost of Goods Sold (COGS): The direct costs attributable to the production of the goods sold by a company. Sellify helps track COGS for accurate profit calculations.

Download Setup: The process of downloading and installing the Sellify extension and related tools for use.

Extension: A software module that adds specific capabilities to a larger software application. Sellify's extension integrates with Walmart and thousands of retailer sites for enhanced functionality.

FBA: Fulfillment by Amazon, a service where Amazon handles storage, packaging, and shipping of products for sellers. Comparable to Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS).
Fees: Various charges associated with selling on Walmart, including referral fees, storage fees, and fulfillment fees. Sellify tracks and reports all fees for better financial management.

Girth: The measurement around the thickest part of a package. It is calculated as 2 times (width + height in inches). This measurement, along with the longest side, helps determine shipping costs and oversize classifications.

Hazardous Materials Surcharge: A $0.50 charge if your item contains a chemical, aerosol, pesticide, or battery. Only applies to Standard Items that are sold via WFS.
Height: The vertical dimension of a package, measured from base to top. Height, combined with length and width, helps calculate girth and influences shipping costs and classifications.
I
Inbound Shipping Fee: The estimated cost to ship products from your location to Walmart's fulfillment center. This is tracked by Sellify to ensure accurate profit projections.
Item ID: A unique identifier for products listed on Walmart, similar to Amazon's ASIN.
L
Length: The longest dimension of a package, measured from end to end. This measurement is used to determine shipping costs and classify items as standard, oversized, or big and bulky.
M
Manufacturer Part Number: A unique identifier assigned by the manufacturer to identify individual products.
MAX (Highest Offer Price): The highest price at which a product is currently offered for sale on Walmart. Sellify monitors this to give sellers insight into the upper range of market pricing, aiding in strategic pricing and profitability analysis.
Median Side: The middle measurement of a package, between the longest and shortest sides. This dimension helps determine whether an item qualifies as oversized.
MFN (Merchant Fulfilled Network): A fulfillment method where the seller is responsible for storing inventory and shipping orders directly to customers. Sellify tracks fees and shipping costs associated with MFN.
MFN Fee: The estimated cost to fulfill an order without using WFS, relevant for sellers who handle their own fulfillment.
MFN (Offer Count Section): The total number of sellers fulfilling orders themselves (Merchant Fulfilled Network).
MIN (Lowest Offer Price): The lowest price at which a product is currently offered for sale on Walmart. Sellify tracks this to help sellers understand the competitive pricing landscape and make informed pricing decisions.
Model #: The specific number assigned to a product model by the manufacturer, used for product identification and tracking.
O
Offer Count: The number of different offers or listings available for a product on Walmart. It indicates how many competitors exist for that item.
Overhead (OH): The estimated cost per unit for expenses such as supplies, labor, and other indirect costs. Sellify allows users to input and save overhead costs for accurate profit calculations.
Oversize Item (Level 1): An item qualifies for an additional $3 oversize fee if it meets at least one of the following criteria: the longest side is greater than 48 inches and up to 96 inches, the median side is greater than 30 inches, or the longest side plus girth is greater than 105 inches and up to 130 inches.
Oversize Item (Level 2): An item qualifies for an additional $20 oversize fee if it meets at least one of the following criteria: the longest side is greater than 96 inches and up to 108 inches, or the longest side plus girth is greater than 130 inches and up to 165 inches. Additionally, the unit weight also starts at 90 lbs when determining the fulfillment fee.

Product Details: Information related to a specific product, including Manufacturer Part Number, Model Number, Brand, Manufacturer, and various attributes like Buybox status and product variants. Sellify provides a detailed view of these attributes to help sellers make informed decisions and verify product accuracy.
Product Explorer: A feature in Sellify that allows users to browse and analyze products on thousands of retail websites, including details like profitability, competition, and stock levels.
Product Search: A feature in Sellify that helps users find and compare exact or similar products, enabling more accurate and informed buying decisions.
Profit Margin: The percentage of profit earned on each sale relative to the sale price. It is calculated by dividing net profit by revenue.
Profit: The financial gain or loss calculated by Sellify as the difference between the sale price and the total costs incurred.
Privacy Policy: Explains how Sellify collects, uses, and protects users' personal information. It details the types of data collected, the purposes for data use, and the measures taken to ensure data security and user privacy.
Purchase Price: The cost at which you buy a product, tracked by Sellify to calculate overall profitability.

Ratings and Reviews: Feedback from customers about a product. Sellify provides access to ratings and reviews to help sellers understand customer satisfaction and potential issues.
Referral Fee: A percentage-based fee charged by Walmart on each sale. This fee varies by category and sale price. For more details, refer to Walmart Selling Fees.
Reset Button: A feature in Sellify that clears the dimension and weight fields, returning the user to the default dimensions and weight.
Resource Center: A centralized hub where users can access helpful materials, guides, and support resources related to Sellify. It includes documentation, FAQs, tutorials, and other tools to assist users in maximizing the benefits of Sellify and improving their selling experience.
Retailer: A business or individual that sells goods directly to consumers. For example; Kohls, Sephora, Ulta, Vitacost.
ROI (Return on Investment): The percentage of profit earned relative to the investment made. Calculated by dividing net profit by the cost of the investment.

Sale Price: The price at which you are estimating to sell to customers. Sellify uses this to calculate revenue and profit.
Sale Price <$10 Surcharge: A $1.00 charge if the sale price of your item is under $10.00. Only applies to Standard Items that are sold via WFS.
Sales Tax (ST): An additional cost on top of your product price. If your supplier or retailer charges sales tax, enter the sales tax percentage in the ST section in Sellify to account for this expense in your fee and profit calculations.
Sellify Extension: The browser extension for Sellify that integrates with Walmart's seller platform, providing tools for product analysis, fee tracking, and more.
Standard Item: An item is considered standard if it meets the following criteria: unit weight is less than or equal to 150 lbs, the longest package side is less than or equal to 108 inches, and the longest side plus girth is less than or equal to 165 inches.
Standard Label Surcharge: A $0.45 charge if you are planning on having Walmart label your items. Only applied to products that are sold via WFS.
Storage Fee: The cost to store products in Walmart’s fulfillment centers, which varies by season (peak and non-peak). For more details, refer to the Walmart Fulfillment Services Pricing.
Storage Months: A term used to indicate the duration for which a product is stored at Walmart's fulfillment centers. This impacts the storage fees, which vary based on the length of storage and the season (peak or non-peak). Sellify allows users to adjust the storage months to accurately estimate the associated costs.
Storefront Stalk: The practice of examining a competitor’s storefront to gather information on their product offerings, pricing strategies, and best-selling items. This helps sellers gain insights into market trends and competitive strategies, aiding in better decision-making for their own product offerings.

Terms of Service: A legal agreement between Sellify and its users, outlining the rules and guidelines for using Sellify's services. It includes details on acceptable use, user responsibilities, and the consequences of violating the terms.
Total Fees: The combined amount of all charges related to selling a product on Walmart, including referral fees, fulfillment fees, storage fees, and additional surcharges like apparel, hazardous materials, or oversize item fees. Sellify calculates total fees to help sellers understand their overall costs and manage profitability effectively.

UPC (Universal Product Code): A barcode symbol that is widely used in the United States and Canada for tracking trade items in stores. Sellify uses UPCs for product identification and tracking.
Units Purchased: The expected number of units you plan to buy. This input helps Sellify guide you in calculating total revenue, costs, and profit, providing a comprehensive financial overview for your purchasing decisions.

Variants: Different versions of a product, such as size or color. Sellify helps ensure sellers are viewing and selling the correct variant.

Walmart Selling Account: The seller account on Walmart's platform where sellers can manage their inventory, orders, and product listings.
Weight: The mass of a package, measured in pounds. It is essential for determining shipping costs and assessing eligibility for various fulfillment services.
WFS (Walmart Fulfillment Services): A fulfillment service provided by Walmart where they store, pick, pack, and ship products on behalf of sellers. Sellify tracks fees and performance metrics related to WFS.
WFS (Offer Count Section): The total number of other sellers offering the product via Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS).
WFS Polybag Surcharge: A $0.60 charge if you are planning on having Walmart polybag your items. Only applies items that are sold via WFS.
Width: The measurement of a package from side to side, perpendicular to the length. Width is used along with length and height to calculate girth and determine shipping costs.
WMT (Offer Count Section): Indicates whether Walmart.com is selling the product on this listing. If WMT equals 1, Walmart.com is selling the product; if WMT equals 0, they are not selling the product.
Numerical Terms
1st Party Seller (Walmart): Refers to Walmart itself selling products directly to consumers on its platform. Walmart sources these products, manages inventory, and handles all aspects of sales and fulfillment.
3rd Party Seller: An independent seller who lists products on Walmart’s marketplace but is not directly affiliated with Walmart. These sellers manage their own inventory, pricing, and fulfillment, using Walmart’s platform to reach customers.
